The Bear Necessities

Goldilocks could have done with one of these Bear Detection Kits from the World Society for the Protection of Animals. The kits would undoubtedly have detected the traces of bear in all three bowls of porridge - but their main use is detecting medicines made from illegal-traded bear products. The WSPA estimates that over 12,000 bears are kept in captivity in awful conditions to supply the black market in bear bile, which is a (readily reproduced) ingredient in some medicines.

Extra honey for the WSPA!

Apparently, their next project is a Catholic detection kit for use in the Vatican.
